FlowWithAI operates using a Credits-based payment system.

Users may purchase Credits using Indian Rupees (INR) through supported payment methods.

Credits are added to the user account after successful payment confirmation.

2. Credit Usage

Credits are consumed when users access services such as:

  • media processing
  • premium features

The number of Credits required may vary depending on the requested service.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • Credits once purchased are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical errors or duplicate payments.

Users must contact support within 7 days of the transaction if they believe a billing issue occurred.

4. Cancellation

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

However:

  • Unused Credits remain in the account
  • Credits cannot be converted into cash
  • Credits cannot be transferred to another user
