3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services:
- Credits once purchased are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical errors or duplicate payments.
Users must contact support within 7 days of the transaction if they believe a billing issue occurred.
4. Cancellation

However:
- Unused Credits remain in the account
- Credits cannot be converted into cash
- Credits cannot be transferred to another user
